The Sales Representative – Commercial & Residential Services role is onsite in Orlando, FL, with compensation of $1,200 to $3,000 per week. The role supports Lapin Services’ Service and Construction divisions and develops commercial customers across Central Florida. The position grows long-term business by prospecting, building customer relationships, identifying service and construction opportunities, coordinating proposals, and maintaining consistent follow-up. It also connects customer needs with the company’s estimating and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Prospect for commercial accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, jobsite visits, and direct outreach
• build relationships with commercial customers
• generate service and construction opportunities
• meet customers and visit properties and jobsites
• coordinate proposals with estimating, Service, and Construction teams
• follow up on proposals through customer decisions
• develop annual service contracts and recurring relationships
• cross-sell services
• maintain sales pipeline and customer activity in the CRM
• represent Lapin Services and coordinate with operations.
