This role exists to provide safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing hemodialysis. The technician works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to monitor patient vitals, manage dialysis equipment, and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to improve patient outcomes.
What you'll do
- Gather patient vital signs, initiate and terminate dialysis treatments, monitor patients during procedures, collect blood samples, prepare and disinfect hemodialysis machines, and conduct machine safety checks.
