Wellness Floor Attendant

The Wellness Floor Attendant role is onsite at the York YMCA in York, PA. Compensation is $10–$12 per hour. The attendant maintains a welcoming and safe wellness center, supports members with equipment use, and provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation. What you'll do

• Welcome and assist members
• maintain a safe and pleasant wellness center
• clean equipment and surrounding areas
• monitor the floor and encourage safe equipment use and cleanup
• report broken or missing equipment and supplies
• maintain attendance records
• promote YMCA programs
• follow emergency procedures and complete incident reports as needed
• and attend required meetings, workshops, and certifications.
