Equipment Operator – Excavation and Grading

The Equipment Operator – Excavation and Grading role is onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with projects also identified in other New Mexico locations and possible work in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. Pay is $30–$38 per hour. The Noel Company has a major Albuquerque project scheduled to begin later in October. The operator uses backhoes, excavators, and trackhoes to dig foundations and grade subgrades to specified elevations. The role supports safe, timely project completion through equipment inspections and maintenance, attention to plans and specifications, and assistance with other job-site tasks.

What you'll do

• Inspect grade conditions against specifications and drawings
• dig foundations and grade subgrades to required elevations
• complete daily and weekly equipment inspections
• perform routine equipment maintenance
• operate safely
• assist with other tasks as needed.
