What you'll do

• Train, guide, support, and provide feedback to Studio Leads
• onboard new Studio Leads and conduct training with the General Manager when needed
• perform studio lead duties including managing Mindbody and AXLE, answering phones and emails, processing sales, and assisting with opening and closing
• address client questions and feedback
• facilitate new-client processes
• support local marketing and brand awareness
• participate in 3–4 tabling or local events each month
• review Net Promoter Scores and act on detractor feedback.
