What you'll do

• Ensure staff plan and implement classroom curricula
• maintain adherence to EEC licensing standards and an inclusive culture
• communicate with parents and community networks
• maintain safe, healthy, engaging program environments
• oversee schedules, curriculum, supervision, staff meetings, professional development, parent meetings, and special events
• maintain personnel, payroll, files, EEC paperwork, attendance, evaluations, and reporting
• manage participant transportation
• coordinate family accounts with the Business Manager or Bookkeeper as needed.
