What you'll do

• Conduct SNAP pre-screenings
• assist with applications and recertifications
• explain and help obtain verification documents
• interview clients about needs and barriers
• track application status and follow up
• respond to questions within the role’s scope
• coordinate with supervisors, HRA/DSS, and community partners
• maintain confidential records and data
• contribute to reports
• participate in outreach and presentations
• complete required program training.
