The caregiver assists patients with activities of daily living and patient-specific care taught by Right at Home staff, supporting safe, individualized care at home.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing and shaving, meal preparation, errands or medical appointments, and light housekeeping.
• Provide assigned patient-specific support such as hospice care, medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of lifting equipment.
