What you'll do
- Conduct initial patient assessments when a Nurse Practitioner is unavailable
- oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges
- support nursing care and documentation
- perform audits
- lead shift-change meetings and emergency responses
- administer medications and complete medication counts
- coordinate higher-level-of-care transitions
- review lab results
- and assist the Director of Nursing with delegated supervisory duties.
