What you'll do

• Welcome customers and take orders accurately
• explain menu offerings and communicate modifiers, allergies, and special requests
• process payments, discounts, rewards, and other transactions
• coordinate with baristas, expo, runners, and kitchen teammates
• maintain menu knowledge
• keep the register and service area clean, stocked, and organized
• support front-of-house cleanliness and team needs.
