The Facilities Maintenance Technician II — Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $22.00–$26.00 per hour. The technician supports building systems at hangar and terminal locations. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, mechanical, electrical, control, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems. It helps keep facilities and equipment operational by diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and coordinating with outside service personnel and vendors.

What you'll do

• Repair, maintain, and monitor equipment and amenities
• diagnose equipment issues and assist with process-related problems
• change HVAC filters and light bulbs as needed
• use a CMMS to create and close work orders with labor, maintenance, and parts data
• carry a company radio or cell phone for site communication
• escort outside service personnel, inspectors, and vendors
• participate in the assigned emergency on-call schedule.
