What you'll do

• Maintain school standards in line with licensing authorities, government programs, and company policies

• support directors with operating plans and growth strategies
• monitor financial indicators and identify trends
• support safety, health, and security at schools
• communicate policy updates
• and build customer relationships using customer insights.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Early Childhood Education, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience; a Texas Director Credential; and at least seven years of progressively responsible experience.
