Retail Pharmacist

The Retail Pharmacist role is onsite in Loyalsock Township, PA; compensation is $60 per hour. The pharmacist serves patients at Verilife by providing product knowledge, consultations, and medication dispensing. The role supports patient needs by dispensing medical cannabis medications in line with physician recommendations, consulting with patients about therapy, maintaining compliant inventory and records, and supervising support personnel.

What you'll do

• Dispense medical cannabis medications based on physician recommendations
• consult with patients about therapy in conjunction with those recommendations
• maintain and rotate inventory
• submit and review the state prescription monitoring program
• comply with state medical cannabis laws
• maintain records and remove outdated or damaged drugs
• supervise support personnel
• maintain a safe and clean work environment
• maintain pharmacological knowledge
• support marketing content creation on a project basis.

Why this role

Requires a pharmacy bachelor’s degree or PharmD, at least one year of pharmacy experience, and an active Pennsylvania pharmacist license in good standing; state-required medical cannabis education must be completed.
