Marketing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate templates and marketing campaigns
• work with the external marketing team
• translate project information and company capabilities into customer communications
• organize approved project photos, milestones, and customer stories
• coordinate website work with a third party and work with the Proposal Manager
• coordinate trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• manage internal lunches and events
• maintain the marketing asset library and version control
• coordinate reviews for technical accuracy and confidentiality.

Why this role

Occasional travel may be required for events and company activities. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
