What you'll do

• Process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 175 employees
• review timesheets, bonuses, compensation changes, deductions, and other inputs
• enter and validate payroll data
• prepare reports and payment documentation
• maintain payroll spreadsheets using advanced Excel
• respond to employee payroll questions
• prepare payroll and benefits journal entries
• and reconcile payroll and benefit-related general ledger accounts.
