What you'll do

• Oversee clinical care compliance
• collect and report occurrence trends and implement improvement plans as needed
• coordinate resident and team-member health and safety
• partner with pharmacy consultants
• oversee licensed nurses
• assess resident needs and update service plans
• communicate care changes to families
• schedule clinical staff
• maintain clinical supplies
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• supervise LPNs and CNAs.
