What you'll do

• Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance work orders
• perform painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry
• complete apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
• record completed work and parts used
• follow safety procedures and company policies.

Why this role
