Food Services Director — Healthcare Facilities

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and provide performance feedback to facility management and staff
• visit facilities and evaluate operational performance
• supervise and evaluate facility managers and supervisors
• manage budgets, P&L, purchasing, and cost-effective operations
• maintain relationships with healthcare executives, clients, residents, and employees
• communicate and implement client contract requirements
• ensure dietary safety, sanitation, infection control, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance
• oversee workers’ compensation reporting and safety resources
• support payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee administration
• partner with internal teams and facility leadership to address needs and improve performance.
