What you'll do

• Prepare Barista Prepared Drinks to Pret standards and the 60-second service standard
• engage guests and create latte art
• coach and train team members on drink preparation
• maintain coffee equipment, complete checks and records, manage ingredient waste, restock shelves, and support sales targets.
