Senior Mechanical Project Manager

The Senior Mechanical Project Manager works onsite in El Paso, TX; salary is $130,000–$180,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead large commercial mechanical projects, including design-build and plan-and-spec work
• manage budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margins
• lead buyout, procurement, and subcontract negotiations
• manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims
• mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers
• coordinate MEP work using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• champion jobsite safety and quality.
