• Prepare and serve food
• cook using USDA quantity recipes
• operate and maintain large food-service kitchen equipment
• clean and sanitize equipment and facilities
• cashier and maintain records when assigned
• follow manager instructions and school board policies for safety, sanitation, and work practices
• perform other school food duties as assigned.
