Activity Aide

Job overview

The Activity Aide role is onsite in Clinton, WI, and pays $18.50 per hour. This part-time position supports the facility’s resident activity program and its goal of enhancing residents’ quality of life. The aide leads person-centered activities, follows the daily activity calendar, and helps tailor programming to residents’ interests, abilities, and needs. The role also includes maintaining activity records and materials, supporting outings and community involvement, and coordinating with the Activity Director, staff, and volunteers.

What you'll do

• Lead therapeutic, person-centered activities
• follow the activity calendar and applicable policies and regulations
• learn residents’ backgrounds and needs to support appropriate activity plans
• assist with assessments and documentation
• maintain participation records, planning sheets, calendars, boards, equipment, and supplies
• support community events and resident outings
• work with staff and volunteers.
