What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products
• support the shopping environment and sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns
• respond to guest questions and escalate issues
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and Pro Rewards
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, payroll, and onboarding
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship Omni-Channel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and daily transaction reconciliation
• supervise and delegate tasks in the Store Manager's absence.
