What you'll do

• Architect enterprise-level research systems including taxonomies and insight lifecycle management.
• Lead multi-portfolio research programs to inform strategic product investments.
• Identify enterprise-wide user problems and opportunities.
• Set standards for research quality, ethics, and privacy.
• Develop AI-native research tools and automation pipelines.
• Partner with Research Operations on governance and panel strategy.
• Mentor senior researchers and develop internal research curriculum.
