What you'll do

• Welcome and guide guests
• book and confirm spa and salon appointments
• explain services, treatments, products, and amenities
• manage check-in and check-out
• promote and sell services, packages, and retail products
• clean and maintain spa, locker, lounge, and retail areas
• report complaints and maintenance issues
• replenish food and beverage stations and locker supplies
• complete opening and closing duties
• attend scheduled training.
