What you'll do

• Build internal tools to address operational problems
• work with the AI team on agent-facing infrastructure, including MCP servers and tool definitions
• integrate with systems such as HubSpot CRM, BigQuery, and Microsoft Graph
• write automations and data pipelines
• participate in requirements conversations and understand business needs before implementation.
