What you'll do

• Design comfort systems
• conduct home comfort surveys and analyses, load calculations, duct inspections, and air-quality surveys
• handle financing, rebate, tax-credit, and payment paperwork
• calculate HVAC and invoicing needs
• photograph existing work
• list installation equipment and materials
• explain guarantees and warranties.
