The Children's Ministry Program Director — Woods Kids role is onsite at Wooddale Church's Eden Prairie campus, including Sunday mornings and weekday, evening, weekend, and seasonal responsibilities. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000 per year. Wooddale Church's mission is to honor God by making more disciples for Jesus Christ. The director leads elementary and Pre-K programming to create safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate ministry environments that support children's spiritual formation. The role advances the church's discipleship strategy through curriculum, volunteer leadership, ministry events, and collaboration with staff and families.

What you'll do

• Develop and improve Woods Kids, Fourth Grade Ministry, EP Campus WOW, Camp Woods Kids/Vacation Bible School, Children's Choir, and other ministry programming
• implement and evaluate curriculum
• partner on resources for volunteers and families
• equip volunteers and parents
• lead a distinct Fourth Grade ministry
• coordinate worship, choir, student-led teams, and faith milestones
• maintain safe and organized ministry environments
• ensure compliance with safety policies
• collaborate with ministry, events, administrative, and communications staff.
