What you'll do

• Serve as regional clinical operations director for assigned facilities
• assist with resident-care policies and standards
• conduct facility reviews and mock surveys
• prepare reports and communicate problems and solutions
• support clinical quality assurance, education, and improvement programs
• evaluate practices for professional and regulatory compliance
• assist with leadership, hiring, care management, nursing budget and labor analysis, and reimbursement-related processes.
