Residential Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Ensure implementation of governing policies and procedures
• identify and communicate staffing needs
• monitor hiring, discipline, performance, and employee recognition practices
• oversee staff orientation and training
• coordinate staffing patterns and budget parameters
• monitor expenses
• maintain confidential personnel records
• collect and communicate program data
• participate in committees as requested.
