Interactive Banker — Part Time

The Interactive Banker role is onsite in Taunton, MA. Pay is $20 per hour. The position provides customer service and operates Interactive Teller Machines during extended business hours, currently Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. The banker completes customer transactions through live video, resolves routine issues, and refers more complex matters to branch staff or other departments. The role also supports customer education, appropriate product referrals, and the bank’s regulatory compliance objectives.

What you'll do

• Handle bank transactions through Interactive Teller Machines
• educate customers about ITMs
• resolve routine and non-routine inquiries or refer them appropriately
• use multiple software programs while communicating with customers
• identify cross-selling opportunities and make referrals
• follow up on customer inquiries
• stay current on products, services, promotions, policies, and procedures
• balance at end of day
• follow security and audit requirements
• serve as a second tier to the Contact Center as needed.
