The Shuttle Bus Driver — Part-Time Winter 2026–27 role is onsite in Arnold, CA. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The driver supports Bear Valley Mountain Resort’s guest transportation and parking operations. The role exists to safely move guests between designated parking areas and resort drop-off locations while contributing to a welcoming guest experience. Drivers operate continuous loops, provide directions and general information, and monitor changing traffic, road, and weather conditions.

What you'll do

• Operate shuttle buses on continuous loops between designated parking and guest pick-up/drop-off locations
• transport guests and support orderly boarding and unloading
• greet guests, answer general questions, and provide directions
• monitor traffic, pedestrians, and weather and road conditions
• communicate delays and operational concerns
• complete vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or safety issues
• maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel awareness, and required records
• follow traffic laws, resort safety procedures, and licensing requirements.
