What you'll do

• Develop consultative sales opportunities with owners, architects, consultants, engineers, design-build firms, contractors, and other influencers.
• Learn and position Sika product lines, identify early-stage construction projects, build a major-project pipeline, and work to secure product specifications before bidding.
• Coordinate with local sales colleagues, organize seminars and customer events, and use Salesforce.com to communicate and track strategic pursuits.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
