Associate Attorney – Family Law

What you'll do

• Assist with client case strategy
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement proposals, and correspondence
• prepare for hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other professionals
• conduct legal research and analysis
• manage deadlines and move matters forward
• appear in court as experience and readiness develop.
