Leasing Coordinator

The coordinator supports leasing and day-to-day property operations by assisting prospective residents and residents, processing rental applications, arranging property tours, and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and rent collection. The role helps maintain well-kept communities and a responsive resident experience.

What you'll do

• Lease homes and apartments

• provide customer service to residents and prospective residents
• process rental applications
• coordinate maintenance and repairs and rent collection
• drive to various properties in the Los Angeles area as needed.
