The Quality Manager role is onsite in South Bend, IN. Compensation is $120,000–$145,000 per year. IP Corporation is a family-owned chemical manufacturing organization whose operating companies make and distribute resins, gel coats, composite materials, and specialty polymer solutions. This role leads quality assurance and control so products meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. It develops and maintains quality systems, analyzes performance data, drives corrective action and continuous improvement, and partners with production, engineering, and technical teams to strengthen product and process performance.

What you'll do

• Lead quality assurance and quality control functions
• develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, policies, and procedures
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer standards, and internal specifications
• analyze quality data and drive improvements to reduce defects and variability
• lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives
• partner with Production, Engineering, and Technical teams
• oversee audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections
• establish and monitor quality metrics and KPIs.
