What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee construction projects and renovations

• develop budgets, estimates, and schedules
• prepare RFPs and permit submissions
• review design documents, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• manage safety and quality programs
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• review payment applications and invoices
• manage punch lists and project closeout
• report progress, risks, and costs.
