What you'll do

• Oversee daily manufacturing and business operations
• coordinate fabrication processes and production priorities
• manage planning, scheduling, labor allocation, and machine utilization
• monitor workflow, capacity, and work-in-process
• manage budgets, job costs, margins, and operating expenses
• lead and develop employees and supervisors
• maintain quality control and corrective actions
• oversee equipment maintenance and productivity
• manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance
• ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• support customer satisfaction and business growth
• establish and track KPIs
• implement lean manufacturing, standard work, 5S, and continuous improvement practices where appropriate.
