The Director or Senior Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications role is hybrid, based out of Lyell’s South San Francisco, CA office. The salary range is $220,000–$300,000 per year, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus; employees are also eligible for the company’s Equity Incentive Plan. What you'll do

• Develop and execute investor relations and corporate communications strategies with the C-suite and product teams. Communicate company strategy and progress through filings, calls, conferences, roadshows, press releases, and other materials
• partner with Finance and Legal to ensure investor communications are accurate and timely. Prepare messages and briefing materials, train spokespeople, build relationships with investors, analysts and media, coordinate outreach with external partners, manage proactive and responsive communications including crisis response, and monitor competitor announcements.
