What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Corporate Trust team members
• ensure training and compliance with bank policies and applicable laws
• represent the team in audits and regulatory reviews
• oversee account administration and documentation, including debt payments, asset investment, and covenant monitoring
• develop department policies and procedures
• review annual compliance reviews
• participate in business development and direct marketing
• respond to corporate customer and bondholder inquiries
• review and negotiate new account documents
• assess risks and recommend mitigation
• participate in investment, budgeting, planning, and fee collection processes.
