Roadside Assistance Technician

The Roadside Assistance Technician role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. The annual salary range is $25,000–$65,000. The position supports PopALock of Las Vegas’ roadside service operations. The technician responds to routine vehicle-assistance calls, uses tools and diagnostic equipment to complete service tasks, and resolves mechanical problems in the field. The role also supports accurate ticket closure, customer charges, and van inventory management.

What you'll do

• Provide tire changes, vehicle door unlocking, gas delivery, tire inflation, jump-start assistance, and battery installation
• use hand and power tools for repairs and installations
• troubleshoot mechanical problems
• close out tickets and charge customers appropriately
• track van inventory
• maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
