What you'll do

• Operate coating, slitting, compounding, and other production equipment
• set up machinery and verify specifications
• monitor performance and adjust processes
• inspect finished products
• troubleshoot equipment and report maintenance needs
• perform routine maintenance and cleaning
• complete production, quality, and inventory records
• follow GMP, SOPs, and safety policies
• assist with material handling and changeovers
• collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
