What you'll do

• Support day-to-day forecasting and planning
• prepare forecast models and planning scenarios
• maintain assumptions and update forecasts
• track bookings, shipments, production, inventory, and delivery performance
• assist with operating plans balancing inventory, facility capacity, and delivery timelines
• collaborate with product, finance, operations, and procurement
• support Sales & Operations Planning projects and reviews
• communicate planning updates and insights
• coordinate supply chain and procurement activity
• maintain accurate files, orders, and databases
• improve reporting tools and workflows
• explore automation, AI, and digital tools for forecasting and analysis
• support operational and cross-departmental projects.
