Print Shop Assistant

The Print Shop Assistant role is an onsite, full-time position in Irving, TX, paying $16–$18 per hour. Visionz Designs produces custom apparel through screen printing, embroidery, retail finishing, and fulfillment; the assistant reports to the Screen Print and Embroidery Manager. The role supports daily screen-printing operations by preparing screens and inks, checking print quality, and maintaining equipment and work areas. It also helps other departments with order fulfillment, garment staging, inventory, and production tasks as workloads shift.

What you'll do

• Perform quality checks during print runs and troubleshoot issues
• clean and reclaim screens, squeegees, and flood bars
• restock inks
• coat, image, and develop screens
• mix inks to match Pantone colors
• follow production schedules and cleaning routines
• pick and pack orders
• receive and stage blank garments
• count inventory
• fold, bag, and barcode finished products
• assist with loading and unloading the press.
