Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative

The Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative role is hybrid, based in Plymouth, MA, with remote flexibility. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. The role supports Brabo’s expanding Insurance division and its commercial insurance clients. This entry-level position provides responsive client service and supports insurance account management by handling policy questions, documentation, account updates, and audit coordination. It also works across Payroll and Benefits teams to help deliver consistent service to clients using multiple Brabo services.

What you'll do

• Respond to client questions by phone and email
• assist with policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals
• maintain agency-system documentation
• support renewal preparation and proposals
• gather payroll and classification records for audits and coordinate with carriers
• pull payroll reports
• and obtain a Massachusetts Property and Casualty license within four months with company support.
