What you'll do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the menu
• anticipate needs and personalize service
• learn seasonal cocktails, wine, and food offerings
• make thoughtful suggestions about cocktails, menus, membership perks, and events
• take accurate orders, deliver food and drinks, refill beverages, maintain tables, and process payments
• coordinate with bar, kitchen, and host teams
• keep stations organized, reset tables, assist with bussing, and communicate allergies and special requests.
