What you'll do

• Develop and deliver clinician education on clinical documentation, HCC and non-HCC conditions, ICD-10-CM coding, risk adjustment, and organizational standards
• prepare educational resources
• review charts before and after visits
• conduct monthly CDI audits
• analyze performance indicators
• develop individualized education plans
• support clinician onboarding
• collaborate with coding and operational teams
• protect confidential information and escalate concerns appropriately.
