The Tax Professional – Retail is an onsite role based in Lynnwood, WA. Compensation is $32.50 - $36.00 per year. This role supports the TurboTax retail and flagship locations, helping customers navigate their tax needs while supporting Intuit’s mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World. The role exists to provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support. The professional will act as a community ambassador, building long-term client relationships and driving customer loyalty through personalized service and expert tax guidance.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Interact with customers in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with new prospects and nurture leads.
• Create accessible tax-related content for the local community.
