Catering Sales Manager — Hotel Banquets

What you'll do

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates
• oversee catering sales to existing and new corporate and social markets
• prospect and conduct outside client visits
• sell hotel services to clients
• document solicitation and closing details
• service accounts, including BEOs and group resumes when necessary
• meet and entertain clients as appropriate
• provide catered products and service
• communicate direction to staff
• follow EarthView sustainability practices and safety standards.
