What you'll do

• Operate the central monitoring station and software
• prepare, maintain, and interpret telemetry waveforms
• document EKG measurements and cardiac rhythms
• perform electrocardiograms and ensure correct electrode placement
• respond to alarms and report rhythm changes
• route calls and messages
• maintain telemetry and EKG equipment
• assist with orders, admissions, charts, and patient transfers.
